The respected professor made the course schedule and course task in a relevant way through which we get to present our side regarding any topic and at the same time get to know others’ opinions on the same ground. Through this we acquired a wide range of understanding regarding a topic and thus get the opportunity to evaluate what is actually wrong or right. From the others’ responses I get to know that a single situation in the human resource management can be seen from varied angles and each angle has its own explanations.
